Fabrication and erection
Boiler fabrication, supply and erection
New boilers and pressure parts, made to approved drawings, delivered to your plant, erected, tested and handed over with their records.

Working principle
How it works
The working process in four steps.
Fuel burns in the furnace
Heat from the furnace passes to the water-wall tubes around it.
Water rises to the steam drum
Heated water moves up the risers. Steam separates in the drum and cooler water returns through the downcomers.
Steam leaves for the plant
Dry steam leaves the drum through the main steam line, protected by safety valves.
Flue gas gives up its heat
Hot gas passes the economiser and air heater, then the ESP, ID fan and stack.
