Repair and maintenance

Shutdown maintenance

A planned shutdown runs against the clock. We fix the work list first, bring the crew and tools, report daily and box up on the date you set.

Shutdown maintenance

Working principle

How it works

The working process in four steps.

  1. Plan before the stop

Scope, spares, crew and permits are ready before the plant stops.

  2. Isolate and open up

Equipment is made safe, then opened for inspection.

  3. Work the list daily

Each item is tracked, and new findings are approved the same day.

  4. Box up and restart

Tests close each item before the plant starts up again.
