Fabrication and erection

Piping and pipeline fabrication

Steam, process and utility lines, spooled in the workshop or at site, laid on your route and proven by pressure test before they carry anything.

Piping and pipeline fabrication

Working principle

How it works

The working process in four steps.

  1. Lines are drawn as isometrics

Each line gets its own isometric with sizes, spools and welds numbered.

  2. Spools are made first

Sections are cut and welded under cover, where quality is easiest to hold.

  3. Racks carry the load

Supports, guides and anchors hold the line and let it grow when hot.

  4. Expansion is planned

Loops and bellows take thermal movement, so joints stay unstressed.
